Bryan Matsuoka

Regional Director


Bryan has been with the Idaho Small Business Development Center since 1996 and Region IV Director since 2006. Bryan’s educational credentials include a B.A. in Education from Boise State University and an M.E. from the University of Idaho. Prior to joining the Small Business Development Center, Bryan worked in public education, and then worked his way up as a sales representative to become the general manager of a software development firm for Hewlett Packard Company. His business experience includes activities as a marketing director, business owner, member of the Board of Directors, Secretary/Treasurer of an Idaho Corporation, LLC formation.


Bryan is also the Manager of the College of Southern Idaho’s Small Business Incubator, which serves the greater Magic Valley area. He is a trustee of the Twin Falls Board of Education, Regional Director of Idaho Council on Economic Education- Region IV, Chairman of Historic Old Towne Economic Development, Chairman of the United States Judo Federation’s National Teacher’s Institute, Director of the College of Southern Idaho’s Judo Curriculum, and Marketing Director for the College of Southern Idaho ACT Center for Training and High-Stakes Testing.

Sladjana Duranski

ISBDC Training Coordinator


After following a recommendation from a previous supervisor, Sladjana Duranski started working for the Small Business Development Center. She has worked for the College of Southern Idaho going on four years including a position in the Advising Center. Sladjana is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology through CSI.

Mary Burgess

Office Admin


Mary has been with SBDC since July of 2015. Previously, she was an operations supervisor in a local call center specializing in Medicare Insurance. She also has 11 years experience as a retail department manager.


Mary has been with SBDC since July of 2015. Previously, she was an operations supervisor in a local call center specializing in Medicare Insurance. She also has 11 years experience as a retail department manager, as well as 17 years in commercial sales for a janitorial and food service supplier. Mary holds a Health, Life and Disability License through the state of Idaho.

Dennis Burgett

Business Consultant


Dennis comes with a background in computers, including programming, system designs, installation, and software design and installation. He has owned his own computer business, and has had experience being a project manager.


Dennis Burgett has been in Twin Falls Idaho for 20 years. His education includes a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. from Northwest Nazarene University. His background in computers includes programming, system designs and installation, network design and installation, software evaluation and selection, and project management. He has also owned his own computer consulting business. He has also been a school administrator and has coached several different sports at different levels

Rex Leforgee

Business Consultant

Rex was self-employed as a Public Accountant for over 30 years. He brings expertise in accounting practice, tax work, and personal financial planning.


Rex Leforgee earned a BS from Kansas State University. He also obtained a CPA certificate and worked for Kennedy & Coe in Salina 1962-1968. Rex married Cheryl Kempke of Ellsworth, KS in 1966. They moved to Caldwell, Idaho during June 1968 where he was employed by Kit Manufacturing Company until December 1972. December 1, 1972 he began a public accounting practice in Twin Falls, Idaho which continued until his retirement on December 31, 2003. Rex’s practice centered on tax work and personal financial planning.
